Sebastian Retz and Magnus Thelen from hin&wck will use their concept to explain clearly and, above all, with the help of taste samples, what is important during planning and implementation.
Sebastian Retz is a professional when it comes to retail concepts of the future and Magnus Thelen is a creative mind and chef who enjoys working with and for star chefs. In September, Retz and Thelen will open hin&wck, a restaurant in Berlin that is hard to beat in terms of straightforwardness and whose concept can be described quite simply and with one term: Sustainable System Gastronomy 2.0
The concept is scalable, everything is wonderfully tasteful, and one hundred percent 0-waste.
