Changing Perspectives: Exploring Cross Innovation
Change perspectives, think visionary, develop new ideas and create innovations! Working with people from other industries, disciplines and work contexts is the key to change and progress. But how can thinking barriers be overcome, empathy and co-determination be promoted, cooperation at eye level be enabled? The Cross Innovation Hub opens up new perspectives for professionals from the creative industries and other sectors who want to design future-oriented processes or products. We offer various experimental spaces in which you can learn how to make new connections, make collaborations productive and create innovations.
SPEAKER: Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft & Cross Innovation Hub
More knowledge, space, financing, and innovation for Hamburg’s creative people – this is the mission that the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft as an institution of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg has dedicated itself to.
Supported by the European Regional Development Fund, the Kreativ Gesellschaft has additionally implemented the Cross Innovation Hub and supports Cross Innovation with the creative industries for two years now. In the Cross Innovation Hub, they promote innovation at an early stage: with ongoing new offers, they encourage exchange, networking, and cooperation with companies, self-employed people and students from the creative industries and other sectors and disciplines in order to stimulate innovation.
Theo Haustein, a studied cultural manager, has always been at the border between culture and business. As an interface person, he understands both sides and brings together companies and experts from the creative industries in the EU project Cross Innovation Hub of the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft in order to stimulate and implement innovations more quickly through targeted changes of perspective.
Sophia Jänicke studied dance in Havana and metropolitan culture (city planning and cultural science) in Hamburg and has always been at the border between creative thinking and strategic planning. Today in the EU project Cross Innovation Hub of the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft she designs and implements interdisciplinary strategies and formats in the area of Cross Innovation.
