In this workshop you will learn how to move from a reactive and all-accommodating approach to client management to one that is more proactive and strategic. Whether you work within a creative agency/firm or in-house, this session will explore key communication tools and strategies that result in better managed, long-term, and mutually rewarding client relationships. You will be guided through a series of collaborative breakout exercises & questions and answer sessions to discuss various tactics and strategies you can employ when responding to “clients behaving badly” scenarios. The focus will be on presentation and discussions on creative and high-level best practices that facilitate a more seamless client management experience and improved, more honest and mutually beneficial client/designer relationships.
