Frequently asked questions
Are you attending via Livestream?
The Livestream FAQs will be available soon.
Please login with your ticket number which is the login code (XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ) here, once the Livestream has started on March 12th 2021!
What do I need to bring in order to get my wristband?
Please bring your ticket, photo ID and a mask with you. The wristband will be issued to you by our staff under strict regulations, please put it on yourself afterwards.
Can I use any free seat at the main stage?
No, this time it will be different due to regulations. Please use the seat reserved for you throughout the whole festival. It’s not allowed to use other seats, even if they’re not taken. The “physical distance” seats that have to be left free at any times are marked visibly. (Subject to change)
How do I get to my reserved seat?
After your purchase we will contact you as soon as the final seating plan is available to find the best option for you.
What are the hygiene measures on site?
Surfaces of doors, door handles, handrails or other objects that are touched frequently are cleaned and disinfected several times per day. Hand disinfection is available, at the entrance and on the way to the stages as well as in the toilet facilities. We ask you to wash and disinfect your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds. There will be sufficient information on site to give you advice on proper hygiene and preventive measures at the festival. (Subject to change)
Do I have to wear a mask the whole time while I am attending the festival?
Most likely wearing a mask will be mandatory anytime you are not seated. This means in particular when entering and leaving the venue, as well as when using the toilets and at the bar. Since we work with personal seats for the main stage, it will be most likely not mandatory to wear your mask while seated, but we recommend it. (Subject to change)
I forgot to bring my mask, can I still enter?
Yes, please inform our staff and we will provide you with a mask from our info point.
Will there be a cloakroom?
Unfortunately we can’t offer a cloakroom due to the regulations in place. Please don’t bring any big luggage or bags and keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
Are there restrictions for international guests?
If you want to book an on-site ticket as an international guest, please contact us in advance. We will recommend individually on how to proceed. You can of course always join the full festival program via livestream.
What should I do if I don’t feel well on the day of the festival?
If you don’t feel well or even sick before the festival, we kindly ask you to stay at home and rest. You can return your ticket in the event of a no-show due to illness or keep it for next year. Please contact us if you cannot come, together we will find the best solution for you. If you start to feel sick while at the festival, please inform our staff immediately and follow their instructions.
Is it possible to buy tickets on site?
Unfortunately due to reduced capacity, there will be no possibility to buy tickets on the day of the event. Tickets are personalised and only sold online. Once the on-site tickets are sold out, we will open a waiting list.
I can only attend on one day of the festival. Can I buy a full Festival ticket and give the ticket to a friend for the second day?
Full festival tickets are transferable, but NOT shareable. If you give your ticket to a friend before the festival, we will put down his/her data at the registration (please bring your ID!). Once you exchange the ticket for your wristband, the ticket can’t be used by any other person.
Where can I sign up for workshops?
Some of our workshops have a limited capacity of participants. You need to sign up in advance to snatch one of the spots. Last minute places will be available 15 minutes before the start of the workshop at the location. You can find all the information on how to sign up at the detailed description of each workshop.
