How Users become Fans

 

Thies Schneider and Kevin Dreher are Experience Designers from ProSiebenSat.1 Digital. Working with the Munich Experience Design Team they create new ways for users to engage with their favorite shows like Germany’s Next Topmodel and The Masked Singer. For this purpose, they use the in-house ‘Entertainment Thinking’ Methods to convert users to fans.
Besides creating experiences for existing shows, the Experience Design Team creates also completely new products from scratch like the mobile-only quiz show Quipp.

 

In this 70 minutes workshop, we will introduce you to methods and ways to create a new narrative and digital experiences that will truly stun users. You will also find out what do users and audiences want right now, and what is the best way to engage them.

 

Thies and Kevin will show you how they create these new concepts at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital, what challenges they face and what the future will hold for narrative-driven digital experiences.
