Due to the current situation the festival in Hamburg has to be postponed – All tickets remain valid! We are monitoring the situation closely and are in constant exchange with the relevant entities to figure out how to proceed. Important Information
Tickets are transferable before validation (i.e. not bound to the name indicated during the booking) but not refundable. Also tickets are not shareable. Once they are exchanged with a wristband at the festival entrance, they can’t be used by another person. Ticket shop and payment fees apply and may vary depending on the payment method provider. Program is subject to change.
If you are still a student, you can purchase our special discount Student Tickets. The only condition: you need to show us your valid student ID at the Check-In that proves that you are younger than 28 years old on the first day of the festival. If you are not able to do so, you must pay the price difference to a late bird ticket.
You can’t buy your ticket in our online shop? Just send us an email to hello@forwardcreatives.com and we’ll get back to you shortly. A handling fee of EUR 10 will be charged per ticket if you do not buy your ticket via our online shop.
