Our calendar is a collection of the most inspiring events from the Forward universe. The kind of calendar that brings you forward.

Forward Festival Vienna 2020

Only a few days left until Forward Festival Vienna 2020!

For six years now, the Forward Festival has been a popular hotspot for creatives and those interested in the creative scene. With this year’s motto Digital Eyes, the festival will take place digital, analog, and yet anything but binary. Digitization and technology are no longer exclusively future-visioned terms, they came to stay. It affects us all, our work, the market, it changes and will no longer become less. With our heads in our smartphones, we seem to have entered a post-digital age.

This year Forward Festival decided to go live and make a LIVESTREAM from the already sold-out Viennese festival. The Livestream will broadcast all lectures on the main- and forward stage on both festival days.

Date: October 08th – 09th 2020

‘Aah’ Austin Lee at Peres Projects

The works stage a collapse in the distinctions between real and imaginary, digital and physical. In our everyday lives, we move between online and offline space in an increasingly seamless way, in his translation between mediums, Lee’s practice becomes the conduit for bringing the digital into reality.
