The Moon Exhibition Lockdown Special aims to support the creative community during the crisis by connecting them and giving them a platform to express their ideas.

Isolated times lead to creative ideas, and we received plenty of interesting projects which we will be sharing in the following weeks. In our fourth edition, Viennese coding and design agency 101 present an open call for their free creative coding archive.

404 – a creative coding archive by 101

About the Project

In our work at 101, we put a focus on creative coding and we love to connect and exchange with designers and coders around the globe. That’s why we just established a free and fun creative coding archive. Everyone is warmly invited to submit their projects. The freshest, most interesting and experimental and sites get published on 404.foundation and on Instagram.

As we are referring to the status code 404 not found, we wanted the User Experience of 404.foundation to be something special, too. Time to break with every essential UX rule. There is no index, no grid and we also left away the categories. You have to drag and scroll your way through fully randomized content, which can be fun if you get yourself sucked into the funnel of sites.

We were quite overwhelmed by the quantity and the quality of the submissions: We have received over 100 projects in the first week, all of them very international and most of them very fresh.

If you want to submit your project just hit the globe and fill out the form. We do the rest.
