Ju Schnee creates a connection between physical paintings and digital pieces.
Ju Schnee’s art is a dialogue of an abstract painted world and the physical object. A balance of imagination, manifestation and reaction. From the abstract painting, to the manifested sculpture, to the reaction via augmented reality and the return to the digital world. During her talk she wants to focus on the interplay of analog painting and digital augmented reality.
Her story started in Austria, where she studied Information Design (BA) and Communication Design (MA). Later Ju moved to Berlin and started with personal illustrations. Since 2020 she has her own studio in Berlin Mitte, where she works as an independent artist.
