Frequently asked questions
To move forward, always starts with good questions. But for a change, we try to not leave you here with any questions. However, this section is in a flux and constantly being updated. So just get in touch if you don’t find your question here.
Why do I need to reserve a seat in advance?
In October, it will most likely still be mandatory that everyone in the audience has their own reserved seat for both festival days. In order to meet all regulations please do not change your seat within the two festival days and make sure that you have booked your seat in advance. (Subject to change)
Are there any restrictions for international guests?
If you want to book an on-site ticket as an international guest, please contact us in advance. We will recommend individually on how to proceed. (Subject to change)
I already got a ticket for April 2021 (Early Bird or Black Friday ticket), what do I have to do?
Your ticket and your booked seat is of course valid for the new date in October, you don’t have to do anything. We already contacted you via E-Mail, please also check your spam folder. If you have any further questions, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org at any time!
I bought a ticket from a wrong ticket category or for a wrong city. What can I do?Your ticket is transferable and not connected to the ticket holder’s name. We thus encourage you to give/sell the ticket to another person. Make someone’s day a special one!
What are the hygiene measures on site?
Surfaces of doors, door handles, handrails or other objects that are touched frequently are cleaned and disinfected several times per day. Hand disinfection is available at all times. There will be sufficient information on site to give you advice on proper hygiene and preventive measures at the festival. (Subject to change)
I'm at school or doing an apprenticeship, am I still eligible for a student ticket?Yes you are! Everyone under 28 years old (on the first day of the festival) with a valid ID that proves that they’re currently enrolled in an officially recognized educational institution, can access the festival with a student ticket. If you are unsure whether your education/training is eligible, write us an email to email@example.com.
Are there volunteer opportunities at Forward Festival?Yes, there are. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details, CV and availability between April 3rd to April 7th. We’re always looking for some extra helping hands!
How can my company partner with Forward Festival? We are always looking for brands which fit our community to provide relevant insights, products and stories. Feel free to shoot over an email to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you soon.
The Viennese Gartenbaukino owes a special place amongst Vienna’s cinemas. Built in 1960, the cinema exudes the generosity and self-confidence of a classic premier venue. With its impressive 115 square meter big screen and 736 seats, it is Austria’s largest cinema.
Located at the heart of Vienna, lavish and with a wonderful flair, the cinema combines the benefits of a great atmosphere, with the qualities of a diverse and changeable venue.
