Anton & Irene: With Design to the future.

Anton & Irene will be represented by founder Irene Pereyra.

Irene Pereyra co-founded Anton & Irene, a studio known for its interaction design work, creating digital experiences for clients like the Met Museum and IKEA. Beyond client projects, they spend three months annually on self-initiated work. Irene, who wrote “Universal Principles of UX” and is a member of AGI, is celebrated worldwide, having spoken at over 100 design conferences. Academically, she leads Digital Experimentation at Elisava in Barcelona and co-chairs Interaction Design at Harbour.Space, focusing on Digital Ethics and Playful Research.

With a background in design she is combining a strong visual language with multimedia toolset and progressive mindset.

In the early 2000s, the trend was to design web interfaces that were familiar and standard, resulting in a uniform digital landscape. However, she advocates for diversity and uniqueness in design, rejecting the monotony of identical web interfaces. She believes that today’s tech-savvy audience appreciates and engages more with unique and innovative designs, showcasing the potential of breaking away from traditional conventions for better user engagement.

Irene WILL SPEAK AT THE FORWARD FESTIVAL HAMBURG IN APRIL. NEXT TO Her, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HEAR CREATIVES LIKE Vera-Maria Glahn, Shit Papi, DINAMO AND MANY MORE.
