Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam

Zeynep didn’t choose advertising – it chose her.

Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam will be represented by creative director Zeynep Orbay.

Zeynep is a Turkish creative director currently cycling in Amsterdam, working at Wieden+Kennedy, producing work for Nike and Montblanc. She interned with Milton Glaser (Milton Glaser Inc.) and Paula Scher (Pentagram), worked at the New York City Ballet, McCann Erickson NY and TBWA Istanbul before moving to W+K Amsterdam.

She loves to create projects around subjects she’s passionate about. Some examples include a project about media censorship in Turkey, a pro-bono initiative around LGBTQIA+ rights, a campaign about climate change and a Nike campaign aiming to inspire women across the Middle East. During her talk she will focus on the question if Advertising is dead and how it didn’t matter to her – she still had to do it.
